Dear Former Employee, We appreciate your feedback and will use this information to inform our practices moving forward. We are glad that you experienced our great mentorship program. Particularly, for those who are Program Managers (in a BCBA program), we have several components to our mentorship that include: being assigned a BCBA to work with (particularly to gain indirect hours), monthly Program Manager meetings with Dr. Apple to learn aspects of becoming a BCBA that are not necessarily taught in official program (e.g., insurance, treatment plan writing) and study sessions for passing the exam. We are also glad that you experienced our very thoughtful and careful assignment of clients as we are aware of commutes and place our staff accordingly so as to minimize drive time. We also attempt to be considerate of technician skills and preferences when placing with clients. In terms of PTO, our employee manual states that all staff (no matter the hours worked per week) receive PTO at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked beginning 6 months after start date. We are sorry there was some confusion regarding this guaranteed benefit. Pros

A very welcoming work environment and everyone is ready to assist you in any questions you may have about new cases or the overall dynamic of the clinic. The BCBA's are always ready to assist with any questions you may have. There is open communication to be able to voice out any concerns at any time.

Cons

client cancellations are inevitable, but they try to find coverage for you
