Overall company culture strives to be healthy with company events. Bonus structure is designed so that all employees can benefit not just executive management.

Cons

Some apparel merchants are allowed to run rogue & delay calendar causing undue stress & excessive long work days for interfacing teams: design, development & production-- The interfacing teams received no support fr executive management.

Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
