Pros
You might be lucky enough to work with an amazing team at store level, with excellent chemistry between every single staff member. This team spirit leads to better performance on the shop floor on a daily basis.
Cons
Higher level management seem completely inadequate in their ability to work hand in hand with stores. This includes holding no accountability at all, but will then hound store level management relentlessly. Yet will not be held accountable for any inaction at their end. There's also a high level of unprofessionalism in terms of higher management and how they communicate to store management, this includes taking no responsibility for factors at their end that could affect store performance, with just blame constantly being pointed at "lower level staff".
