      Pros

      Project heavy. There are always things to be done at Asics. If you need something fixed, the tech team is great and always helpful.

      Cons

      Business structure seems unorganized. From the design team to production, there is a communication issue among some employees that make it difficult to stay on schedule with deadlines.

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
