      Pros

      You get 2 free shows, and a couple outfits. But you do pay for the taxes.

      Cons

      The low pay, the workload is ridiculous. The DM really doesn't care about you at all. The upper management are two-faced. The shifts are longer than normal retail manage shifts (8hrs). The bonus is only 1% of your sales, and thats IF you hit over plan.

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Cons

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
