      Pros

      Great product with nice discount, casual dress code, the benefits are really affordable, and they are expanding rapidly so if you don't mind moving there is room to grow.

      Cons

      light years behind the competition in regards to retail knowledge. They are new at the whole outlet business and do things on the fly so at times simple tasks become stressful

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
