3) Uncertain about when projects will be reassigned to another team and when team leadership changes will occur.
4) A notable presence of ASM alumni on LinkedIn with ~ 2 -3 years of service, might not reflect positively on company management due to employee attrition and potential terminations or layoffs.
5) Unfortunately, the passion exhibited during recruitment diminishes once the candidate is on board, with no apparent buddy system or mentoring in place. Additionally, there are no regular checks and balances on quarterly check-ins or skip-level meetings for evaluation or support.
