      Pros

      Easy to become employed by this company in their time and materials contracts.

      Cons

      Horrible transition and offer process for an awarded contract. We had to interview for existing position with Accenture Federal Services, and that interview was never reviewed by ASM. Low-ball offers to everyone to start and it took six or so interactions with the CEO to get my same salary. These interactions all occurred while I was on vacation.
