      Pay well. Bonuses, 3 weeks pto

      Cons

      If you ain't Dutch you ate much. All stuff is moving out of USA. Mostly sustaining engineering left. All new projects are going to Netherlands. Looks like they're winding down operations in the United States. Find someone else where you can work and at least be partially respected.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
