Pros
Good working space. Very flexible, good salary and friendly people. If you have a good manager with "leader"mentality then you workexperience is great , very pleasent and motivated to do your job .
Cons
Severe case of BPM (Bad People Management) To many layers of managers to get a problem solve --> project leader--> Main delivery owner (MDO)--> groupleader and at last department managers Role clarity is a BIG issue--> Department manager most of the time does not have a clue what ME'rs or engineer are doing, and there are many times conflicting decision making between groupleaders or MDO.
