Very good benefits and compensation. Lots of time off. Lots of travel. Career transition services provided on layoff.
Cons
3/4 by 12 schedule, spanning at least one weekend day. Little or no advancement opportunity for B.S. Customer Support engineers. Layoffs happen and severance package was laughable.
