Pros
Absolute most complex and hightech environment that is hard to be found anywhere else I think. Including the 24/7 work schedules make it very challenging and diverse work place. Also not to forget the multicultural worldwide aspect.
Cons
Bad management does not judge by technical skills, if you are not liked you will have a hard time gaining any positive feedback. Feedback loop also very poorly executed or even present. Get negative feedback presented to you 2 months after they occur.
