technology, paycheck, nice international colleagues, interesting business
Cons
terrible management, no vision, fear of losing your job, improvement programs which are there to get you fired by building a case and not help you. I witnessed a person of 50+ years that worked for 30+ years in the company and they put him through this ordeal. HR has no function at all but to facilitate this process. No auditing is ever done even if they gradually fire all you colleagues...It is a very cold company without heart for their people..
