      Pros

      Despite ASML being a big company I feel really welcomed by my team. Support is good considering the fact that due to the COVID 19 measures we mostly work from home. The social aspect is not forgotten while working from home.

      Cons

      To keep control over everything that is happening at ASML there are a lot of systems and WoW's organized, therefore getting something arranged can be a little tedious. It's not all bad, since this structure also takes away troubles from you and makes you focus more on your job.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
