      This company offers a LOT of benefits, and has the capacity to be an exciting a fulfilling place to work.

      Cons

      There is a very shady way in which the specific department I was in operates. It is underhanded and cowardly. That being said I do not hold those feelings in respect to the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
