      Pros

      Very good benefits and international focus. Great community of employees. A company that cares for the employees and it is always launching initiatives to make us feel more engaged.

      Cons

      Location is not the best. Eindhoven is getting more international which is good but can take your time to adjust.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
