      the company own very high technologic in the semiconductor industry. it's one of the head in semiconductor industry. it has a very good and stable market in the world. it create very stable job opportunities.

      Cons

      sometimes, some department man power is overmuch. some department man power is not enough. Although the company provide internal transfer after a employee stay in current position over 1 year.

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
