      Pros

      Generally good company, relax and good work-life balance, fair pay, super intertesting technology

      Cons

      Horrible HR, no attention to real employee health just only making some events for showoff, and some stickers here and there, again horrible HR with no attention for employees, only they look to their own salary. Recently extreamly low level group leads also being hired which they act as secretary for HR system with no attention to the employees.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
