      1. Job security is good 2. Team members are friendly and very willing to help each other 3. The technology is for semiconductor producers and can benefit from the fast growth in this field. 4. Active discussions among/across teams

      1. Meetings are a lot and if the purpose of meetings can be justified more properly, that would be great.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
