Pay and benefits are good. Work is definitely different. Fast paced, always changing. Some managers are very understanding and will work with you.
Cons
Contradicting policies at times, work life balance need improvement. Fast pace, always changing. Some product leads constantly changing priorities or everything is a priority. Daily plans change hour by hour. Product deadlines are difficult to make. Little time to flush out all of the issues in the depth needed. Policies are all over the place. Hard to located. Expect to work beyond 40+hrs a week. It is expected.
