      Great salary and benefits. A lot of smart people around. Nice buildings/offices

      Cons

      Chaotic. The department brings a lot of overhead to the agile teams (e.g. reviewing/approvals and reporting). The SW development process is not efficient and is not changed after repeated feedback of the development teams.
