Pros

Lots of pros: Good maternal/paternity leave, Good overtime pay/opportunities. Work is very social if you are extraverted you will like it. Technology is very cool. Field engineer jobs is shift work which is great if you like long weekends and don't mind long hours.

Cons

If you want a job that does not require travel or stays in one place long term. It's not for you. My job location changes every 2-3 years and if a customer is doing poorly you will have to move to where machines are being bought. Note: If you want to be based in Phoenix, I'd expect this won't apply since there's so much growth in Arizona with long term outlook. 2nd con is you don't really gain any good marketable transferable skills beyond field engineering. If you want to transition to another engineering type job it will be difficult. ASML pays premium rate for field engineers, but if you are new college grad looking to be a design engineer then you could limit your career by working here. You may get more money in short term, but in long term you won't grow your career. That all being said, ASML is a great place to stay for your whole career if you don't mind relocating to different cities. Know many engineers with 20+ years Careers at ASML that are doing well. Pay also increase slowly but surely, so if you stay for 20+ years your pay will be good.

Pros

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Cons

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
