      Pros

      Freedom, salaries, benefits, holidays, in general good environment.

      Cons

      Being such a big company it all depends where you land. There are many good managers, but also many technical oriented with no management or coaching background. Make sure you ask who your manager or “TL” would be before signing anything, as they might assign you to anyone within the department. There is no 360 degrees feedback. It is a diverse company but not really inclusive, specially for women.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
