Pros

Pay is decent, dental and vision insurance is super cheap, get to support NASA's Artemis Program

Cons

Terrible Health Insurance, costs 3 times what other company's charge for their coverage. Promotions and Awards are few and far between, and the management is very lacking.

Pros

Amazing pay due to being in the Union. Benefits are also very good (if you are union).

Cons

Company only cares about making money and not the people. If you are a "company" employee you get special treatment. If you are union, you are micromanaged and looked under a microscope. The company overall is decent.... ish. Depends on what role you are in.
