Not a good place to work! - Anonymous employee ASRC Federal Holding Company Employee Review

Overloaded with managers who are protected and not held accountable for incompetency and ineffectively leadership despite numerous complaints from the staff. HR is completely useless! ASRC seems to care more about production than humility and integrity, two words that are constantly thrown around in meetings. There is no real support for junior staff, the managers on the other hand, are fully supported and protected for poor behavior. The managers are bully's and they lack professionalism and tact. Very unfair and unequal environment and culture. Oh and there is no real work/life balance.
