Pros

Likely management change to occur. Opening new office in Tyson's Corner (Executive staff will be out of the office!!!!) Warm weather is coming - leaders can start their golfing on Monday again!

Cons

Continuing to add to the executive staff. Now the COO needs a deputy? CFO, Sr VP of Finance. Executive staff eliminates positions to cut experienced senior staff. Arrogant leaders living off of others success.

Pay is decent, dental and vision insurance is super cheap, get to support NASA's Artemis Program

Cons

Terrible Health Insurance, costs 3 times what other company's charge for their coverage. Promotions and Awards are few and far between, and the management is very lacking.
