Pros

Weekly pay, decent health benefits, 401k (they match after 1yr). uh....did I mention weekly pay.

Cons

Two days of actual formal training after that it was try and keep up with the tribal knowledge. ---Benefits are not distinctly defined. -No HR on site to ask questions. -Offered 1 weeks worth of PTO but it is not available for 6mnths. -If there is a bonus program it has not been clearly defined or explained. -The system is Chaotic to put it mildly since there are Commercial door companies owned by Assa but none of them use the same ordering system. -Been working here almost 6months and still have not gotten any kind of performance review -Clear favoritism to the point some one can be blatantly disrespectful even border line verbally abuse, management is made aware and nothing is done. (why would you put someone with zero people skills in a customer service position)

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
