Pros

Good People, Steady work, OK benifits, but really this is only a place to go for a paycheck. Unless you want to play politics instead of work there is no future, even then it's only a marginal future.

Cons

Long Hours, limited resources, no regard for employees, corporate politics trumps everything else. I regularly worked in excess of 12 hours per day because I was salary and my team wasn't allowed overtime. My team was only staffed with half the people I was promised, and only lip service was given to bringing staff up to a reasonable level. Customers needs and concerns were secondary to policies that were enacted to CYA, unless upper management deemed them a priority customer, then they got virtually anything they wanted. TERRIBLE work life balance, you were expected to be available 24/7 regardless.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
