Pros
NON !!! there is NOTHING I can list here. If you get lucky enough to get fired, the yes, there would be ONE.
Cons
I could easily write a series of books about that HELLHOLE of a company... the management is THE WORST I've ever seen. I've worked many jobs before, during my college years and one after collage.. some better some not so great but NOTHING! absolutely NOTHING! compares to this place on EVERY SINGLE level. The level of favoritism given to select few, mismanagement, disrespect and feeling of an absolute worthlessness is unparalleled. Do not trust ANYTHING they will tell you during your interview about other opportunities within that place because NON of it is even REMOTELY true since every single department is the same!!. Your manager will actually do everything to disrupt your advancement or your will to better yourself educationally, like getting your master’s degree as one example. The micromanagement is UNBELIEVABLE!!!.. It’s so bad that the only thing missing, is a camera counted above your computer. I would use the word “ARMY” to describe this place and its culture but I honestly cannot, since in the army they encourage you to think and better yourself. Here, you're expected to work like a brainless robot without questioning anything or have any opinion/ideas/suggestions. Products are being released prematurely to meet the deadline imposed by upper management. Quality control is non-existent!! (just read the reviews of the products they are manufacturing). There is 0 transparency!!.. and low wages compared to other companies. I CANNOT be more serious when I say, you REALLY need to sit down and think about the employment at this PATHETIC PLACE. I cannot express my happiness in word when I was leaving this place!!. I'm so thankful I have a job now I can be proud of with a company that appreciates you and doesn't treat you like a total garbage. Again, I could go on and on, using real examples that would make your hair stand up and make you think this cannot be true!,. I understand completely that the idea of a new job sounds very exciting but PLEASE look at some other reviews on this and other websites. Thank GOD for sites like Glassdoor where you can review the employer and hopefully save some poor soul from making a SERIOUS mistake by accepting the offer at this WORK CAMP. Two words. STAY AWAY !!! Unless you're ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE! and if so, take the job, then, IMMEDIATELY start looking for another opportunity.
