Pros

Truly innovative global company with constantly good market results. Great opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and new product development. Work in international environment. Decent pay (market average) with good benefits. Low stress level for most specialist positions. Good location of the office.

Cons

Company is very financially oriented - cutting cost is absolute number one priority. Whole sites are shut down and jobs are offshored if the numbers do not add up without batting an eyelash. Very complicated and tense relationshps between companies in the group. Be prepared to become easily replacable cog in the corporate machine. Unclear development path and poor HR practices. Do not expect to be rewarded for outstanding performance, your work is your reward. Combination of virtually no performance evaluation and informal culture makes the place ideal for low-mid skilled and underperforming employees that just want their paycheck on a regular basis.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
