No direction Changes all the time to procedures never stick to one thing. Unrealistic expectations Don't ever expect a pay rise or a salary review No growth, no training and high staff turnover Company is all about numbers at the end of the month, they have no appreciation what the staff do in the background to reach those unrealistic targets. No company benefits. Your made feel guilty for being off sick or take leave and then you come back to a mess causing you more stress because it's everyone for themselves. Work load is extremely high. Software that they use never works and slows down productivity. They don't do any security checks or drug test when signing on and some of the thecnicians are questionable! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF APPLYING PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE! The environment is negative! The atmosphere is negative! Some managers really make an effort of change but has No Support form the top dogs.

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
