Pros

Good canteen, some great colleagues. Employment market is picking up so there's hope to get out to somewhere where staff development is actually taken seriously and something innovative is being done.

Cons

Out of touch, out of date, extremely conservative 'Innovation' senior leadership. Stale, dated environment. Poor tools being clung to, despite obvious issues.

Hi, we welcome feedback however we should always endeavour to keep the feedback constructive and not personal in nature. We value your opinion, though it is also difficult for us to act on generalised feedback, we would like to understand the specifics. We encourage you to take this discussion off line and organise a meeting with the President to discuss your concerns in a constructive environment.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
