The HR leadership has proved over and over again to be inept. VERY POOR ATTITUDE! " No one has any respect for HR. Your either in or out. Fast at making changes without thinking things through. We change direction like the wind, as a result we have competent, helpful, skilful staff leave the business. Even though we are making money and business has increased, the moral and culture has hit rock bottom thanks to HR.
You cannot take ownership of your work while managers are treating you like pieces on a game board. It seems like re-organisations are done without thinking of the employees as humans, a lot of people get burned.
Management either micro manage or simply don't seem to care.
Advancement is hit and miss and can take forever to go through the system (people have to wait up to 6 months for a position promised to them).
No one talks to each other. It's a large and complex company, and that means projects are running left right and centre which could've easily been done together. Multiple systems for the same thing and no one appears to know at all.
Don't be fooled by their appearances and promises.
They will pain a fantastic picture of how good this organisation is - actual fact... disappointing!
