Pros

I work alongside the development team on a SaaS program. This environment is not only encouraging and supportive, I find it to be one of the few development teams that I've worked with that are incredibly self-motivated and hold themselves to a higher standard with each release. I've worked on major releases with the team, and have been impressed with the level or professionalism and expertise. The team really tries to look at everyone - internal or external - as customers, and endeavors to support that. There's a great atmosphere with this team. A good work-life balance and active lifestyle is highly encouraged by senior management, as they view this to be fundamental to day-to-day experiences & stress management. It's a flexible office environment. The highlight of working with this team is that management is open to suggestions for any area of improvement, so if someone is looking to forge a path within a great company, it could definitely be found here. It's ultimately up to each employee to take senior management feedback during reviews and be transparent & openly discuss a desired career path.

Cons

It's a large global organization, and without proper management, guidance and communication, it could be easy to feel like you get lost within the organization.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
