Pros

Selangor office in Malaysia's working environment is peaceful and comfortable with own workplace and a monitor provided. Phone booths and large meeting rooms are provided as well. Flexible working hours depends on the team and there are festival celebrations to all the employees organise in the office throughout the year.

Cons

Incomplete employee benefits which only covered basic salary, mobile and parking allowance, together with less medical benefits. Opaque and complicated organizational structure in the team and less chance to get promoted.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
