Pros

Made wonderful friends amongst the team

Cons

Super stressful!!!!!!! Not enough training, you are constantly taking phone calls, processing purchase orders, processing quotation requests, handling telephone queries and everything else all at the one time. So much pressure is put on staff for perfection, and are expected to work over-time without getting paid for it. You literally don't have a moment to just step away from the computer, your hands and ears are constantly glued. You can't take a minute longer on your breaks and they have to be taken at certain times otherwise your in big trouble!!! always getting in trouble for something extremely trivial that is usually provoked by the fact that you have to do 1 million things at one time. I have never been so stressed in my working experience and i was guilt tripped when i resigned because i just couldn't take the stress and being harassed about everything all the time!

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
