Pros

Work from home. Managers that are dumb enough to tip their hat about not being on your team - at least you know what you're up against.

Cons

The managers have no issues lying to your face about expectations, compensation, and performance. They tout an open-door policy but every time an attempt is made to speak with upper management, the mid-management steps in and will not allow you to engage beyond them. The use strategic assignments to artificially lower tracked performance to suppress wages. Men are compensated and promoted at much higher rates than women and don't even try to ask about diversity. It doesn't exist. Being from Europe, I suppose they think nepotism works better.

Pros

Great people and environment. Location is convenient. Lots of company sponsored events.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Pros

Plenty of parking, close to highway

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
