Pros

ASSA ABLOY is a constantly evolving company with numerous projects and initiatives happening simultaneously. This creates a stimulating environment where you can learn and grow quickly. The decentralized organizational structure allows for a high degree of autonomy and ownership over your role. You have the freedom to shape your daily tasks and contribute significantly to the company's success. As a global company, ASSA ABLOY offers the chance to work on international projects and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.

Cons

While autonomy is a plus, the lack of structure can sometimes be challenging. You need to be highly organized and self-sufficient to thrive in this environment. The dynamic nature of the business can also lead to a hectic work environment. Be prepared to juggle multiple priorities and manage your time effectively. Getting budgets approved are usually hard.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Company is very acquisition heavy but horrible with cross functional communication. Lots of surprises.

Cons

Workplace is toxic, dysfunctional, and psychologically draining. Management is the root cause of problems, fostering a culture that tolerates: Harassment Intimidation Favoritism and nepotism Sexism Employees are expected to remain silent and continue working under constant pressure. High levels of: Employee burnout Stress Overwork Turnover Human Resources protects the company and management rather than employees. Complaints are often minimized, ignored, or redirected without meaningful resolution. Issues are widespread and known by many employees, though some are reluctant to speak publicly. Prospective employees seriously reconsider working there, the company presents a positive image externally but has a deeply unhealthy internal culture marked by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and low employee well-being.
