      As a startup, there's so much innovation, young employees, and work to be done to grow. The company does a great job at trying to stay ahead of the curve and bring about changes that make people happy as they climb the ladder.

      Cons

      For people coming in as operators or technicians, it can seem hard to feel heard or seen, even though you are boots on the ground.

      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.
