      Management has no idea what they are doing. Employees are not supported and have no work instructions or any idea what they are supposed to be doing. No direction from management

      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.
