      This place is constantly trying to keep up with elon.

      Cons

      Constant threat of being arrested by the fbi Pay and benefits are good if you are a manager Constant undermining of own management team by ceo H.r. team very two faced and will turn on you. The female training supervisor is the only employee that cares. Safety team is a joke and the manager is very off putting The main manager is in over their head and has an ego issue.

      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.
