Cons
Ever-changing compensation plan (i.e. sales targets increase as pay decreases); Extreme micro-managing from management heirarchy which normally involves numerous conference calls; Benefit costs keep increasing; Mobility is union-- raises are infrequent; Huge company between wireless and landline, but career advancement is limited.
