Pros
Good Pay for what you do, even though you take the brunt of complaints from customers. Great benefits for the time being. Let us hope the health care reform doesn't ruin that.
Cons
Having to deal with customers constantly complaining to you and not having support from your management. Definite good ol' boys way of promoting in the company. AT&T as a company will constantly ask you to do more and more and continually cuts your pay as they ask for more. You will also always be told to do more, and never get recognition for what you have done. It is the "we do not care what you did for us last month, what have you done for us lately"?
