While in the beginning you receive minimal training, this program is less about real training and more about getting lucky in time. You can be the most qualified sales person, apply all of the learnings from training and even show the most skill and potential, but if you are below your quota, you are as good as dirt. The program changed so many times in order to weed people out and over time things became worse and worse simply because you have to fend for yourself. Managers are not very helpful and with the structure constantly changing, it is hard to stay up and positive. By the end, if you make it that far, you may not even get the job. The entire program judges you by your numbers and nothing else, But god forbid you have a disability or a speech impediment during your interview after 5-9 months of working and consistently hitting quota let alone going over it. I have seen the hardest working, kindest, and most valuable people thrown out like dogs for missing their number by 1%, while lucky individuals get 2 deals tossed in their lap and praised as someone else handles their entire transaction. A lot needs tone changed , and frankly, their needs to be more accountability for the people running the program in order to do that
