Coming from an internship in a production/ manufacturing environment I was not looking forward to full-time work after college! Once I started with ATC Automation it became evident that not all manufacturing environments are created equally! Great people to help you out in times of need, to learn from, to consult with, to grab lunch with! Managers who care about employees and projects that are always changing. So far, I have loved my career at ATC.

Long hours are sometimes expected to ensure quality machines for customer deadlines.
