Pros
There is always plenty to do and opportunities to learn new skills. Most of the people there are friendly and helpful. Salary workers get overtime after 50 hours. 401k match is good. Stocked break rooms. You travel to customer sites for installation. Very high job security
Cons
The standard work day for salary employees is 10 hours in practice. 6 day work weeks are not uncommon. Depending on the phase of the project, you are expected to be working 12+ hours a day. Most positions are also customer facing for better or worse. Not a lot of room to move up within the company. Compensation is below average for the qualifications asked of this position.
