This is such an awful title to read. Thank you for leaving your thoughts but I am sorry this this the way you now feel about the company. You're absolutely right that technology has been a huge area for improvement and our IT teams are working incredibly hard to facilitate this. They are easily the fastest growing team in the company, which is to enable projects such as integrating our newer venues and delivering up to date 'day to day' admin infrastructure as well as developing a better experience for our customers - so improvements are happening all the time and they are working so hard to achieve it. It's the same with our venues. I hear time and again that the best thing about ATG is the people and we're really proud of the teams leading our theatres who are behind so much of the company's success - so I hope this is an isolated incident that has led to your poor review but I'd appreciate any thoughts that can help us improve.
