I'm not sure if I've got your correct job title, as Customer Experience shifts tend to be 3.5-4 hours per show so not too long? I'm really glad you had a good experience overall however and it is so lovely to read how you describe your team.

Great company culture, managers care about employee well-being. Salary is good.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. Maybe lunch is too expensive, but that's more of a city problem than a company problem.

Great money and no real responsibilites. Pick the shifts you want to work and if you dont show nothing happens

Cons

Bad management, disorganization, really dirty surroundings and toxic workplace drama. Favoritism especially if you are male
