      interesting and challenging industry to work in; location is good

      Cons

      constant change with no apparent reason. not small changes but complete do-over changes all the time. can never get settled into a position long enough to grow and do well

      People are nice. Remote work.

      Cons

      It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
