      Lot's of changes have been made in the last 5 years or so that make this company unrecognizable from what it was before. Low stress, smart people, good work, good benefits

      Very difficult to learn the business No variable compensation plan

      People are nice. Remote work.

      Cons

      It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
